I was born and educated in Denmark. I worked 2 years in Todtmoos Rütte, Black Forrest, Germany, where I became a cook in a spa hotel, before I went back to Denmark for my final education as ”Technical Assistant” for buildings rather than metallic, roads and aero engineering.
Once finished I moved to Zürich, Switzerland where I worked for an architect/engineering firm and later for an electronics engineering firm.
In 1968 I switched to IT and finally moved to England in 1976.
My love for cooking has never decreased. I love experimenting and finding new exciting recipes.
The recipes are easy to follow and do NOT require any specific skills. Most of the basic ones only take 10-20 minutes from preparation to dish up.
