Born and educated in Denmark, I was employed for two years as a cook in a spa hotel in the Black Forest. After returning to Denmark to complete a technical degree, I took a position as a technical assistant for an engineering company in Zurich before moving to England in 1976, where I still live and work as an IT Consultant.

My recipes are easy to follow, with simple, basic ingredients and do not require any specific skills.
Most of them only take 10-20 minutes from preparation to serving.
